What are the long-term effects of eliquis with a history of ckd severe level 4?

You probably mean long-term side effect of eliquis. Dose of eliquis has to be adjusted for GFR less than 30 cc/min; other than that, bleeding side effect is the same with adjusting dose for patient with CKD 4 and standard dose for a patient with normal kidney function. Take care.

All meds dosages need to be adjusted in any degree of renal failure. Let your doc know who will adjust the dosage. Long term side effects will otherwise not be any different as when without CKD
