I had my overnight fasting and my creatinine is 124. normal range is 59-104 umol/l. when i retested my creatinine without fasting, my level is 102.23 umol/l. normal range is 50 -120. why is that? which one is believable? do i have ckd?

If you don't drink water during that 8-hour fasting period your volume is mildly low which may cause a higher serum creatinine. However, that only happens in a patient with borderline kidney function and it is apparently present in your case because your serum creatinine is quite close to the high normal limit of 104. Unless you have a very good body mass, otherwise you probably have mild CKD.
