My creatine level is 1.5 ,my efgr is 33 and my bun 24.i have ckd stage 3a .did it worsen?.i just had covid?

GFR of 33 is staged as CKD stage 3B (GFR less than 45 cc/min), close to stage 4 (GFR less than 30 cc/min). At your age, your kidneys may take a hit in an acute illness so you should have another renal panel in 3 months and you will have a more accurately "new" baseline. Please note your result 33 cc/min is for a lady with BSA of 1.73 m2. If yous BSA is more or less 1.73, GFR needs to be adjusted.

We have to know the pre COvid figures to see if it worsened. Covid can affect all organs of the body
