Im 16, and feel like i may need an hiv test. i dont want to tell my parents unless i have the virus and i cant get to a clinic, how can i get an accurate test? will my gp offer me one?

Look into your local clinic and its privacy protocol. In the US, STD testing and treatment can be obtained in most states without parental notification or consent. This may/not be true in the UK. Notification & type of encounter notices are also sent to parents here if you are seen on their insurance. I don't know if UK healthcare does it. if you think you need it get it done, regardless.
