Had 4 full panel tests 4 months after exposure. received oral while wearing a condom. each test was taken one month apart with everything neg minus hsv 1&2. 2 gps have told me to move on i am not infected with hiv or syphillis. eia and 4th gen?

Believe your doctors. You had a zero risk exposure for any and all STD. There was no need for testing, but the negative test results confirm you were not infected, including HIV and syphilis.

Exposure was genital to genital rubbing where woman was clothed and me naked. Did 4th Gen HIV test on day 66 & day 78 (negative) and rapid HIV test on day 94 again negative. Syphilis EIA +, RPR -ve and TPPA -ve (twice) other STDs neg. Why Syp BFP?
Tested negative for Chlamydia + Gonorrhea (PCR), Syphilis (RPR), HIV (4th gen Combo), HSV (IgG and IgM blood test), Hep B and Hep C 96 days after exposure? Am I safe? Are those tests clinically conclusive every single one of them?
