I bashed my wrist, and now my right hand ulnar bone at the pinky is much more raised than it was. ive had problems with that wrist before. what should i do to get it to go back down, preferably without having to go emergency?

It is good to be seen by an orthopedic doctor so that any partial dislocation or complete dislocation of the bone,any possible small fracture can be ruled out with help of xray .I presume that you will have some pain also in that region.

See an orthopedic hand specialist ASAP, as there is little if anything that you can do on your own. This does not merit a visit to an emergency facility. An ACE wrap might provide some comfort until you can be seen.
