After its healed: You certainly can play sports with a plate on your ulna but only after the bone is fully healed.

Possibly: When fully healed (think 6-9 months), it could be possible, but will depend on the specifics of your situation, surgery, and recovery after. Need to ask your orthopedic surgeon for prognosis for your specific situation.

Yes if U were ableB4: If ur surgery is successful & u get a solid union. The plate may b symptomatic & after 2 years it can come out, this requires a significant lay up time. If no symptoms u can leave it in.
