This isn't necessarily abnormal, especially if you did not provide a "clean catch" urine specimen. If urinalysis also showed positive nitrate or leukocyte esterase, it might mean you have a urinary tract infection. Otherwise it is normal and doesn't mean anything.

No it is not. If no symptoms have the test repeated on a clean catch mid stream specimen. Good luck
