On my ultrasound ,right kidney stones multiple nonobstructing stones measuring up to 7mm in the upper pole . there are also milk of calcium cyst /nonshadowing stones measuring up to 5mm in the midpole and 3 mm in the upper pole. do i need eswl?

Treatment will depend on many other things such as degree of obstruction if any, symptoms, anatomy of the collecting system of the kidney etc. Let your urologist wheigh all this and discuss all the options and the best recommended course. Good luck
