I have a small, pea size moveable bump near my ovaries& i can feel 2 tiny moveable ones near it as well. no pain in abdomen,1-2 bowel movement a day, no constipation, no painful periods and i have regular periods. what could this be?

Small swellings like pea shaped ones can't be the ones close to ovary. You mean probably the swellings are in the region of abdominal wall overlying the ovary region. To palpate the swellings nearby ovaries per abdomen they should be large . The swellings you have probably are soft tissue benign tumors like lipoma(lipid containing ,fibroma-connective tissue tumors). Pl. get examined by your PCP.

I doubt that you can feel this on your ovaries I would show to local Dr. Most likely a lipoima under skin you are feeling.
