I have this weird discomfort around my left ovary and this dull ache comes and goes. i got my period this month and last month, and i wasn't sexually active. and i have this weird urge to pee but i can't. and my bowel movements feel constipated?

You should see your doctor because you may have a urinary tract infection. The symptom you are describing is called urgency-when you feel the need to urinate but little to nothing comes out. You may need antibiotics after a urine sample is obtained. Does your urine burn? Are you urinating more frequently? These are other signs of a urinary tract infection. So, see your doctor. Good luck!
