Water fibre : You could be having IBS like symptoms but anything is possible. First try eating lot of veges and fruits during periods. Avoid coffee caffeine chocolate and avoid constipating foods. Next drink lot if water . Next avoid eating drinking too much milk products for those few days. Eat light Healthy meals full if fresh vegs. If overweight lose it.exercise moves your bowels too . Try light aerobics
