Mri of si joints shows sacroiliitis, sclerotic changes,cortical irregularity, neg hla-b27, neg ra, lower back pain for 20yrs,now in buttocks & thighs & under heel, morning stiffness, my gp is refusing to refer me to a rheumatologist what should i do?

Can you see a rheumatologist without a referral? It is likely worth it with your symptoms and x-ray findings. It looks like you have a rheumatologic disorder that needs to be diagnosed and treated. So, see the rheumatologist without a referral or ask your doctor again. Best of luck to you!
