You can take most of them. Allegra has the least drowsy side effect and it is not contraindicated in PCKD. I hope you already know the benefit of high fluid intake in PCKD progression. Take care!

Always take medicine after advice from the doc treating you for PKD for only he/ she knows your kidney function. Pl do that.
