That rate,if accurate, is abnormally rapid. How long does the tachycardia last? If your heart rate gradually slows down& if your resting heart rate is near 100, I would consider this inappropriate sinus tachycardia. I would look for anemia,overactive thyroid,excess caffeine or anxiety intake as causes. Your MD or a cardiologist can evaluate you & order appropriate testing.
