Is it normal for me to get anxious before i take my blood pressure my heart rate is about 83 then slowly goes from 70's to 60's every other test?

Not really.: A heart of 60 to 83 is considered normal. Heart rate exceeding 100 would be considered high. The blood pressure monitors over the counter usually gives you your blood pressure and heart rate and will tell you if it is abnormal. Relax.
