I have common cold symptoms and a fever, but my heart rate got now to 120 at rest is it normal? i took a quarter of propranolol if it doesnt get better can i take another quarter?

If I knew why you are taking propranolol I could answer better. If you are playing Dr stop. One response to fever is to increase heart rate which is likely a healthy response and slowing this normal response may be harmful. I would wait as most colds get better in 14 days but some take 2 weeks. ;-) Dr humor.
