So i'm still dealing with this cold and my right ear is now thumping when i talk. i do have tinnitus. but not pulsatile. i know this is probably a muscle spasm, but why is this occurring? from my cold? i get them from time to time but not this long?

Chroniic 'cold' needs an investigation for cause and treatment. Once cause is found and treated you will be fine. Cant be done without exam.
