Sometimes hear ringing heartbeat in ears lying down at night. not present at other times, when standing in quiet room hear mild tinnitus but doesnt pulsate. google has scared me. is pulsatile tinnitus only lying down, not every night, a concern?

While pulsatile tinnitus is also usually benign, it can be associated with potentially serious blood vessels abnormalities within the brain. For this reason I recommend that you consult an ENT specialist for advice.
