Good doctors i had ultrasound done. liver: the liver measures 15.5 cm. impression: 1. there are small polyps within the gallbladder. 2. no other acute changes are seen. what does this mean ?

Liver size is somewhere at the upper limit of normal with no abnormalities, gallbladder polyps are relatively common and not likely to explain possible symptoms you have experienced. Your ultrasound was likely non diagnostic in case done looking for an explanation for your possible symptoms. Your main doc will be best to further clarify in proper clinical context.
