I've had progressively increasing lymphocytes% in my annual physical (which indicates normal range from 15.0 - 40.0), from 41 in 2017 to now 50.3 this year. i feel ok with the exception of being tired a lot of the time. should i worry?

The differential percentage of these vary on a daily/weekly or monthly basis, in response to various challenges to your immune system. They often reflect a resent viral challenge that may have given a person no symptoms. I would not consider it an issue at all. Please share your concern with your treating doc who knows your full history and findings.
