17 year old son, fever for 1 week, low wbc, low platelets, low lymphocytes, elevated sed rate and crp, no fever now for 5 days, still tired. thoughts?

Needs care : Does he not have a diagnosis? He had labs done - did doctor give recommendations? This could be anything from a tick-borne illness to leukemia. Please advocate for yourself to get answers and have those labs rechecked! Good luck!
