My lymphocytes r 12% my neutrophil is 81 %but all my other levels are normal my alt is 70 what couuld this indicate. i have anxiety stress and fatigue?

Don't worry: The lymphocytes and neutrophils are signifying a possible bacterial infection your body could be fighting. If your wbcs are normal it is probably sub-clinical. The alt of 70 should be watched, but this level can go up simply by taking a tylenol (acetaminophen) new generally don't worry until the level is > 2x max normal.
