I have been dealing with terrible bouts of fatigue that leaves me tired constantly I had blood work done a while agothey told me that everything was normal but showed Low neutrophils High lymphocytes High monocytes And high sgpt what does this mean?
21wf has been tired for 4wks. Lots of stress(graduation,searching for jobs moving to NY,looking for rentals etc)BT showed WBC 3.4(was 5.4 6 mos ago) neutrophils are 1405(were 3400 6 mos ago).the rest is WNL.baso and lymphocytes are bit lower.Worried!
High levels are: ALT 113 AST 183 Gamma GT 142 Neutrophils 75.3 Lymphocyte 10.3 Monocytes 1.2 Symptoms were a case of gastroenteritis, but the high numbers worry me? Pancreatitus? Liver? Should I be concerned? Insight appreciated very much?
Low ALT and AST and high total Neutrophils and low lymphocytes ..LIVER disease stage 2-3 normal rest labs. otherwise healthy ?
Sgot is 27(0-37), sgpt high 62.1(0-42). Lymphocytes high.61, neutrophil .39. Liver utz normal. Why my sgpt is high? Help
