Are the blood counts high consistently at different times . If so need to see a hematologist to r/o bone marrow disorders as the cause of symptoms. Need more blood works and possibly a bone marrow biopsy.

All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results warrant that chronic myeloid leukemia be excluded. Wish you good health!
