Challenging: Would consider that you have a more widespread immune disorder, and the "lesions on the brain" may well be quite important. However, you could also be suffering from a disorder such as cadasil or melas, and, based on your info, could consider a vasculitic disorder. Since there are many potential answers, genetic testing, spinal fluid analysis, and additional docs might help.
