There have been no studies that I am aware of that would indicate that any particular actions you can take after having Covid would decrease your risk of heart attacks. Slowly easing back into exercise when you are able is a good idea. You might check your blood oxygen levels with a pulse oximeter periodically. Eat well, and get a lot of sleep. Good luck.

In order to keep your heart healthy, with or without Covid, you would need regular exercise, once you are completely recovered and your doctor says it is ok to exercise. You can start with regular walking. Eating a healthy diet is important as well as maintaining a healthy weight. Keeping your blood pressure controlled is also needed. See your doctor regularly to monitor your heart health.
