Is skin itching normal when on bactrim? i just finished my last dose yesterday but the itching is incessant?

Bactrim allergy is very common and you usually have rashes besides just itching. It is an allergic reaction & it is abnormal. You should avoid this antibiotic in the future. You can take allegra OTC for the itching +/- rashes until symptom resolves. If severe rashes develop, you should let your doctor know and he may prescribe a strong topical steroid cream or oral steroid medication. Take care!
