Do you develop hives or a rash during these symptoms? Prickly heat or cholinergic urticaria are possibilities when heat gets trapped in your body or skin. Do anti antihistamines help resolve the symptoms? Do take off your sweaty clothes for one thing. A dermatologist is best to evaluate & advise you. Any appropriate testing will be ordered.
