Yeast, clotrimazole: Sounds like a topical yeast infection. Do keep area clean and dry. Try over the counter anti-yeast cream; Clotrimazole. Use 2-3 times a day for 4-5 days. If not better do get checked by your healthcare provider.

Dermatitis: It is a common area to have superficial skin yeast infection. Try over the counter fungal cream like mycostatin (nystatin) cream. If no response see your physician.
