Echo showed early hypertensive heart disease changes ef=83 x-ray came out good chest/neck tightness, dyspnea,chest crackles on inhalation but bp back to 110/70 im 20 i was then diagnosed with anxiety disorder since chest condition ruled out. help

I don't think anxiety disorder is the cause of acute heart failure (dyspnea and basilar lung crackles), especially there is change of early hypertensive heart disease by echocardiogram. You are quite young for primary hypertension with evidence of hypertensive heart disease so secondary HTN needs to be ruled out. You should be followed by a cardiologist, don't blame for just anxiety disorder.
