Echo and chest Xray came out good which is a good thing , arguing against anything acute going on. But there are lots of questions to ask, Are you smoking? Do you have asthma? Are you overweight? Do you have anemia? Do you sleep well at night? Did you have Covid recently? Are you constantly exposed to any type of allergens? Do u use PED/ drugs? Regular follow up with your PCP is essential here

It would be unusual for a peptic ulcer to cause dyspnea/ chest tightness. Such symptoms are typically seen in asthma like diseases that will have to be ruled in or out.
