Extractions are usually done under anesthesia which can have cardiac effects. Would get clearance from your cardiologist and endocrinologist before the procedure ( they can go over the anesthesia that will be used) and of course let the dentist know.

This condition of ventricular contraction and your hypothyroidism needs a medical clearance for you to undergo any type of anesthesia. An oral surgeon is best for you in their office or in a hospital, depending what your cardiologist recommends. Make sure you have the missing teeth replaced to ensure good oral health.

Absolutely let the Dentist know about your entire medical history, especially if general anesthesia will be administered. Recommend that the surgery be done by a specialist Oral Surgeon, who should contact your Physician(s) for medical clearance.
