No, this likely means that the urine was not a clean catch specimen and that these are skin organisms from the area and not in the urine. If you still have UTI symptoms, the urine culture should be repeated and you need to clean the area well with whatever is given, urinate a small amount into the toilet first and then collect the sample. If you have no urinary symptoms it was probably from specimen contamination. Drink plenty of water. Keep the vaginal area clean
