Interestingly eating salty food can make you light headed when you stand up. So try not eating salty food. In general, real salty food is not good for you anyway. You may be a little anxious as well but that can be understable because you are concerned that you had a minor concussion and you want what is best for yourself.

Aside from the association you note with consuming a salty meal, lightheadedness and even vertigo can be a symptom of a post concussive syndrome. Concussive symptoms often take a tincture of time to resolve. It is reassuring when neuroimaging is normal, though sometimes doctors are confident enough in the diagnosis it is not done. Anxiety can be attributed to true underlying pathology, be careful
