Yesterday i sustained a concussion. i did seek medical attention and will be rechecked tomorrow but i am just curious is it normal to feel worse the day after a concussion? i woke up with worse nausea and lightheadedness than yesterday?

Yes, it may get worse the next day and that's why a follow-up appointment is scheduled. If symptoms get worse further, you should go to ER, not waiting til tomorrow.
