Suggest: Contact your physician due to your persistent symptoms. This is NO longer post-concussional, and you need to get vestibular issues addressed. I doubt subdural bleeding, as this is rather unlikely, but the problems need to be addressed.

Mild concussion: symptoms may persist for months. I would have a good neurological evaluation performed if you are still symptomatic at 3 weeks. The decision to do a scan would be based on your clinical course and neurological findings on exam.

Possible but...: You might have a subdural hematoma but this is not unusual after a concussion without hematoma. Might be wise to see a neurologist. Also consider a good multivit., extra B complex, EPA/DHA, Taurine, Piracetam, Curcumin, Vinpocetine, Bacopa, Lion's Mane mushrooms, gingko, homeopathy, acupuncture, micro-current and cranial osteopathy.
