Head injury: Probably not concussion if no loss of consciousness and/or amnesia, but head injury nonetheless, and now post-traumatic issues. In view of your history, would strongly urge updated MRI or CAT imaging to rule out intracranial bleeding (prior lobectomy). Call your doctor.
