Stress and sedentary life style are the most common risk factors for constipation. Colon K is at bottom of the list at your age. Besides high fluid intake, you should eat more fiber or take routine stool softener + exercise. Use mild laxative such as miralax OTC if no BM for 2 days. Currently with that urine frequency, you should have an enema first. Your right hip pain is likely a separate issue.

Ergometric Chair, Programed ten minutes of Standing/Walking/Stretching/Aerobics every hour (that is work 50 minutes & exercise 10 minutes as a routine).
