Not feasible to provide an accurate response to your vague and nonspecific post, but a small area of bleeding in the brain could represent a small stroke or embolism, and cannot exclude a metastasis from distant cancer. This needs immediate attention. Both the brain and heart need full evaluations. Go to a hospital emergency room ASAP. Communicate with her usual doctor.
