What would a neurologist do after finding out eeg is normal, and mri shows avm and scar tissue in brain right lobe, this brings fatigue, exhaustion, brain fog, disassociation, pressure in head at times.

AVM/ brain pressure: If you have an AVM you should be seen by a neurosurgeon . . Regarding the head pressure - AVM can cause pressure/pain as well and intracranial pressure may be elevated.
