Work up is usually needed and having uncontrolled movements captured on camera will help. A neurologist specializing in movement disorders is usually needed. Aside from seizures, PNES and dystonic type disorder are typically considered in the differential disorder.

Have no clue as to what you mean by "seizures", and am perplexed by your comment regarding "an enlarged vessel" on your brain. Cannot agree or disagree with PNES as lack details regarding all of this.
