Do adhd meds fix short term memory loss saw a neurologist for memory issues and brain fog, after every test diagnosis was adhd, when i take the meds, my memory aint better at all. mri showed lesions ms was cleared, right parietal/ frontal lobe spots?

Go back to your Neurologist and tell him what remaining symptoms are continueing and which have gone away. They can adjust your medications or add different ones to get the correct treatment that you need.

From your post, it is not feasible to confirm that your correct diagnosis is ADHD. Agree that you need to return to your neurology doctor, and inform of the ongoing symptoms which have not responded to current therapy. Also, discuss significance of MRI "spots", and also possibility of further testing, such as neuro-psychological studies.
