Go back to your Neurologist and tell him what remaining symptoms are continueing and which have gone away. They can adjust your medications or add different ones to get the correct treatment that you need.

Agree that you need to return to your neurology doctor, and inform of the ongoing symptoms which have not responded to current therapy.
