Neurologist not sure if its sporadic hemiplegic migraines or right sided-parietal lobe seizures. how can i know which it is if even he's not sure?

2nd Opinion?: Some neuro diseases are very difficult to tell apart. Many diseases have similar symptoms and present the same way on tests. You could always try getting a 2nd opinion from a different neurologist. A sleep deprived eeg or an ambulatory eeg should help sort this out.
