Without an exam it is just guess-work. Pl see your doc and get proper treatment. In the meantime you can apply otc cortisone cream to reduce itching

There are multiple potential causes of the Lump and itching, and it is impossible to sort it out without an evaluation. You should go to your primary care doctor or Gastroenterologist to be evaluated and treated. Good luck.
