R leg when elevated shows larg mass in upper inner thigh. l leg has same but much smaller. md says no cyst,lipoma, can do soft tissue u/s, thinks its nothing. when i palpate it, it begins to ache. no change in size in last week. what could it be?

It is difficult to tell what they are without an examination but I would not say they are insignificant. I think ultrasound should be done to confirm their presence, the relationship of those lesions to thigh vessels, bone or muscles. Please contact your doctor next week. Take care!
