3 cm long mass on my r calf soleus muscle, and a 2nd 1cm mass 1" lower on my soleus muscle. pain radiating to the toe, no redness, no warmth. per ultrasound, not a lipoma or blood clot. can this be a baker's cyst? i'm thinking soft tissue sarcoma?

Baker's cyst is occurs on back of the knee. You shouls see an ortho doc instead of speculating and trying self diagnosis. Good luck
