Penis pain feeling like its pressurized. sometimes the pain is in the shaft sometimes at the head. no pain with urination and no discharge. all std/sti tests came back negative. urine sample tests show negative leukocytes/nitrites and wbc was 1 hpf?

I am surprised at the number of tests you had for these symptoms- which in my opinion is the cause of increased cost of medicine. You need to be examined (penis) by a Urologist. Pl do so.
