I took 500mg of azithromycin for 3 days, completed course on the 01/02/23 (13days ago as of 14.02.2023). i see the half-life is 68hrs, would it still have effect on qt interval regarding taking other meds that also possibly affect the same?

I doubt of any significance after 13 days although azithromycin has a long half life. You can safely take another medication which may affect the QT interval and not worrying about the lasting side effect of azithromycin after taking the last dose more than 10 days ago. Take care!
