Treated with zithromax 5pack last week for pneumonia. finished meds sat. lung still hurts and i still feel unwell. no fever though. should i see doc?

Inform your Doctor: The doctor who gave you treatment with zithromax should be informed about your present condition. A repeat chest x-ray may be useful to check your pneumonia to see if it is better or worse. It does take a couple of weeks for the pneumonia to resolve. But your doctor would like to know the results of his treatment on you.

Yes make an appt.: If you still have pain to breath or cough with antibiotics treatment it is important to followup with your doctor. You may still have pneumonia which may be resistant to the antibiotics given for treatment. Make an appointment for followup. You may need a chest x-ray for further evaluation or more antibiotics.
