QT prolong-possible: Seroquel (quetiapine) alone can cause QT prolongation. Venlafaxine alone can cause QT prolongation. Azithromycin alone can cause QT prolongation. The risk is increased with combining QT prolonging medications. If combining medications which could prolong QT is medically necessary, then monitoring with ECG is recommended.
